We hope you fall in love even more once you have your MITE MITE product in your hands.
However, if you feel your product is defective, we stand behind our products so, please contact us within 48h after receiving your item, to:

call us +34 934 638 539 from 9am to 9pm EAST, seven days a week.

Return or exchange the item within 7 days from the day you received your product.
You will have to send it in their original condition, in the original packaging, with all the merchandising included and must be accompanied by the pertinent sales receipt.
We will not accept products that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is FAULTY.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.
